Pros
In the early years of my 20 years plus service this was a great company to work for. You were not a payroll number but a employee who was part of the company and your contribution was recognised.
Cons
In my later years management were deceitful and worked with human resources to make you feel miserable. Bully tactics and your only option was to leave.
