Pros
Great people who are very passionate about intranets and internal communication. The company is also quite progressive, and employees can feel comfortable being themselves.
Cons
I don't believe the company leaders know how to run the type of business they think they're running. There is a lot of disorganization at the upper levels. In particular, they don't seem to know how to handle their U.S. employees, particularly when it comes to health benefits.
