Pros
My respect and love of InterWorks started way before I became a part of the family. As a young professional who is involved in the local community, I admired the involvement of the company and its employees within our community. I appreciate the fact that InterWorks conducts business locally and supports our community in a variety of philanthropic ways. I also appreciate the support and willingness of others within InterWorks to be very involved in community activities. In my transition to InterWorks, I also have seen the importance and value that transparency plays within the organization. I have been encouraged to speak up when something isn’t working, to challenge others and I know that others respect and listen to what myself and coworkers have to share. Our feedback is taken seriously and incorporated at many levels.
Cons
If you are not up for a challenging, engaging work environment, InterWorks is not the place for you.
