On reading this it is easy to become defensive on behalf of the company, however rather than answer in a cookie cutter approach I wanted to respond personally. I am saddened that you feel the way you do about InterQuest, however I value you sharing your thoughts, and the frustration you feel. The Group has taken action that will bring the company far closer together and standardise management across our offices. As I am sure you are aware we have implemented a number of initiatives across the management team to drive consistency and offer a transparent development path for all the Group. The Group’s commitment to diversity is unwavering and the leadership team are committed to creating an empowering environment that supports diversity and inclusion. There are a number of channels to voice your concerns across the Group, including speaking to our HR colleagues who will ensure your anonymity or please speak to me directly and we can discuss your issues and hopefully identify solutions to your concerns.
