Pros

401k, convenient location near freeway and commerce.

Cons

Retention rates are extremely low, people get laid off with zero explanation which creates constant chaos for their teams. There is no structure, nor is there any sort of proper on-boarding to adequately train people. New employees are thrown to the wolves and then become scapegoats for upper management's constant mistakes. Upper management has absolutely no checks and balances and treat many employees poorly creating a stagnant work culture.

Pros

The recent additions to the staff have been true all-stars who bring fresh ideas, expertise, and a collaborative spirit! Senior management provides clear direction and support without micromanaging. There is a strong culture of trust and accountability, which allows employees to take ownership of their work and contribute meaningfully. It's refreshing to work for a company where management truly cares about employees success at work and their well-being at home.

Cons

Just like any fast-paced company, priorities can shift quickly, but that's also part of what makes the work exciting and dynamic.

Pros

Was fortunate to have a supportive team and some good coworkers. A stepping stone for entry level experience.

Cons

- Company first, employees second mentality - Don’t expect any upward mobility or raises, hardly any growth within the company itself and employees who have been there 10+ years rarely get pay bumps and are just as likely to get fired/laid off - Upper management lack accountability and transparency — communication (or lack thereof) only goes so far - Credit is rarely given to those who deserve it - Beware of micromanagement
