I wanted to write a review as a current employee of Inter Coast Colleges; I can share my experience from behind the scenes, especially during these difficult times due to Covid-19. I've been with InterCoast Colleges for almost ten years. You could not ask for a more passionate group of people gathered together, working for student support and success. The culture is warm, collaborative, focused, and hard-working. If there is a problem, we talk about the issue, talk about solutions, and do what is right for the student, always! InterCoast recently created a new job role, called "Student Success Partners" to give technical support, guidance, and encouragement for non-traditional online students to pass their classes. There is a lot of work, and I wish we could hire more people to give more support. But what we are doing here is new, and we want to be sure that we are doing everything with integrity. Like any other organization, both former employees and I'm going to say a handful of students are not representative of InterCoast as a whole. An individual's behavior can be isolated from the system in which that individual operates. Don't believe all the negative reviews; sometimes is a lack of communication in both ends and nothing more.
The School President provides constant feedback to get better as an employee and truly cares about you. I say this wholeheartedly, InterCoast Colleges is the place to be, and I am proud to work here!
