Working culture needs improvement, but that is exactly the opportunity you have once you land a job there.

There's literally ZERO reasons for anyone to even consider working for this company.

I had a terrible time here because of the imbalance of the salary and work. I was paid awfully low, while forced to basically break my back every single day trying to fulfill management's ridiculous demands. Being constantly kept under pressure was both stressful and exhausting, and because work life balance was basically non existent, I had no way to relieve any of the frustrations I had.
