My boss screamed and yelled, threw phones and used profanity on a daily basis. He had a large territory and so the people in the plant in Sedalia put up with his horrific behavior because he was making money for them. He talked bad about photographers while they were not present, but would not talk to them about issues until he had told everyone else how bad they were. The company is shamefully behind the times in technology. There are a million things they could do to improve the process, but they will not invest the money to upgrade their computers, camera, and other technology.
