Pros
Once you get the feel of the job and in the flow the job isn’t bad. You realize you are getting paid very well for nothing.
Cons
Two terrible things about this job are scheduling and communication. Scheduling is the worst department in the company. You can have an accommodation and they will just ignore it. Act like they haven’t seen it. Secondly, trying to communicate with anyone or department is terrible. There is no reply time standard. One day HR may respond instantly then the next time HR or scheduling will take a day then weeks. The response turn around is laughable. If scheduling doesn’t follow your accommodation and you try and contact them, they may respond or may not. And if they don’t respond, let’s say because they schedule you on a day you are supposed to have off, and that day comes, you are either going to have to call out and use your time, which is messed up, and you won’t get that back or call off and don’t use your saved time and get a write up. There’s no in between. Scheduling has no repercussions which is why they continue to do a terrible job.
