Pros

The only pro that I enjoyed working at IBIC is that you worked at school sites rather than clients home.

Cons

The cons are doing the cover shift when your client is absent from school. You go in blindly not knowing the what your client is like. I hated this part of the job, and it is very difficult. Management did not really care about workers and seem like they were only in it for the money.

Pros

Good experience to work in schools Stable job if your assigned kid is not chronically absent. Okay experience but you don’t do a lot of ABA therapy.

Cons

Very underpaying. You do not get any holiday pay during Winter or Spring breaks. Not qualified for unemployment benefits. Supervisors can be hit or miss. Some will be supportive and others are unsupportive. Support from school staff can be a gamble You get paid more working with teenagers as hours are longer. Subbing is required but they don’t reimburse you for mileage if going from home to another school. No pay raise, even when they promise to raise it after 60 hrs of training. Pay raise is at their own discretion or if you work in the office. One of the most underpaying agencies contracted by LAUSD. Understaffed and will guilt trip you for using your PTO
