Good snacks, some great people.

Completely toxic corporate culture! Takes poor communication to a different level. Everything happens behind closed doors- employees last to know anything. Micro-managing is an understatement. Secretive and unsupportive to employees- no empowerment, no path to success, looking for “yes” men and not interested in any other points of view. Need to take a business 101 course and remember employees are your biggest asset. Treat them well and they will treat your customers well and want to do the best job they can. If you do not trust and empower your employees the list of people leaving will just continue to increase. Before you look for a job here ask about their rate of attrition. Anyone with any longevity has left in the last 1-2 years as the culture has taken a sharp turn for the worse and there is no plan to improve.
