Pros
The work environment is very laid back and your co-workers are amazing people. The kitchen is always stocked with snacks and coffee. The job itself is cool overall.
Cons
Training can be slow. You tend to be micromanaged at times. There isn’t much direction from team leaders but they expect you to “know your stuff” within a certain timeframe.
