Employees are given the flexibility to manage their own schedules.
Cons
Bonus calculation is not transparent
Goals are not acknowledged or even really discussed
Management ignores top performers for the most part
Change is nonexistent unless an employee takes it upon themselves to do something.
Only 6 company paid holidays, forcing employees to use more of their PTO to spend time with friends and family.
PTO policy does not compensate for the lack of holidays.
Entire culture is based off an hourly mindset. More likely than not why there are so few company paid holidays.
