Great work culture! - Project Consultant Intellisurvey Employee Review

Intellisurvey is a bit unique in that it has been around for over 20 years but still feels like it's young with a lot of upside. It has mainly been a remote work environment which is great for many in a post COVID world.

Intellisurvey would benefit from having clearer direction on what type of company it wants to be long term.

Only pro is getting a paycheck if you need one badly.

If you're not a white man you are completely dismissed. They don't care about their employees at all. They don't follow through with bonuses, proper training, and lack Basic communication. They expected me to be available at all hours of the day, it was absolute nonsense.
