Staff at IQ are dedicated, focused on exceeding customer expectations and willing to go the extra mile to meet company goals. For the most part, these folks are targeted on winning each and every customer over and over again for repeat business and referral and want to do the very best for the company every day.
Cons
The CEO is completely incapable of developing strategic direction or determining best practices to move the company forward toward substancial growth. He is not capable of making decisions critical to strategic planning, forecasting the future or managing his staff of direct reports. In the last seven years, his executive team has turned over many times, with the average tenure of his direct reports of less than one year. He has demonstrated no capability toward providing direction, insight or guidance to the management team and although he has stated in the past that he needs to find someone who can run his company, he has taken no steps toward that end. He also exhibits a strong distrust in most who work for him, which makes it very difficult to work directly for him.
