      quite automonous, commission fair for the role, pretty relaxed environment, Only one KPI

      Cons

      Still wearing business wear and working 8.30 - 5 with no flexibility like its the 90s The contracted start time is actually 9AM but you have to be there at 8.30 unpaid No real progression very flat structure Extremely high staff turnover
