Pros
- Autonomy to do your role well - Great top down structure, with management willing to listen and adapt to new ideas - Fast paced delivery, constantly keeping you on your toes - Ability to morph into different roles if you desire - Generally just a great bunch of people where you can work and have fun - Trend setters in the Fintech space (and doing extremely well)
Cons
- If you fancy 'plodding' along this place is not really for you. I think you need a lot of drive and determination to get things done, simply because there is a lot to do!
