Local owners care about employees and tries to make the best possible work environment they can, Open door policy and many efforts to create an uplifting employment experience. Working 1 year in an MSP can get you the experience that might take 10 years in a regular IT job. Company supports training and certifications. Lots of little things that shows somebody cares.
Cons
Company isn't as organized as they might be. Working in an MSP can be hectic and demanding, especially if you are looking for a place to hide. Company has some clients that need to be fired.
