* Extremely high turnover in management, sales team, and recruiters - much higher than other agencies.
* Environment where company focus and goals can change on a dime, based on owner mood.
* Different "niche" recruiting ideas, peoples roles in the company, KPI's, even company location changed regularly.
* Owner at his best can be an excellent teacher. At his worst, very negative and a real challenge to work for.
