bad work culture. It was bad when i joined, but now it has become even worse. Employees are expected to work day and also in night late hours to deal with US team. long work hours.. There is high attrition rates at all levels. Inspite of raising issues with management - no change .Will this company survive? may be, But the employees won't :(....No Mental peace, No money either.
