Pros
They provide door to door transport.
Cons
The pay is NEVER more than 30% of the amount that was signed on in the contract and was advertised. After extensive research which I wish I did prior to joining. It seems like they inflate their salaries in job advertising by 3 or 4 times the real number just so they can actually draw attention away from other companies competing for the same professionals. Because everyone complained about their imaginary penalties even on other platforms. During probation period they don't give you insurance (other companies will give a short duration insurance card but they don't). The purpose of this might be to reject & deduct if you take a sick leave. And they don't just deduct what they are legally allowed to deduct (which is 15 to 25% of the missed days) they will do things like deduct your entire transport allowance & deduct 10% of your basic salary for each day missed. Last month they forced me to work overtime 3 of the 4 weekends. I got paid for none of it. I complained they said wait for next month, the next month came & went, again I never got paid for that overtime. They are super evil and unprofessional. And the line managers are WEIRDOS, they don't know anything and it makes sense they wouldn't know anything. When the turnover is so high, there won't be anyone around long enough to learn anything about the company.
