      So many problems - Consultant Integrity360 Employee Review

      Pros

      - The pay is decent. - people are friendly

      Cons

      - you will be expected to be billable 100% of the time, even when the business has not sold enough to bill you. - you will be pushed to pick up technologies outside of specialism you were hired for, in order to boost utilisation figures. - saying no doesn't seem to register with a lot of pm's here. - this isn't a cyber security company it's a project management and sales organisation. - you will not be inducted. - you will not have any line management whatsoever. - benefits are not immediate and are held until the end of probation. - absolutely no work place culture - finger pointing and slopey shoulders everywhere.

      Pros

      It was a job. Made some good friends. Worked with some very smart people.

      Cons

      Not a security company. It's a sales company. Sell first, worry about it later. Supporting the product? Didn't consider that. Lie to everyone shall be the whole of the law. Would make their own mothers redundant if they thought they weren't making enough money for the company. No loyalty to their staff. Not enough training. More likely to push a ten year old illegal copy of training material on you than pay for new training. Over all, not seen well in the actual Irish security community. All the super fun Friday's in the world won't you make feel better about your job. The image of the company comes first. Dress to impress, don't work to impress. Every employee is a sales person.
