Good Place - RBT Integrity Learning Center Employee Review

I love working at Integrity! Everyone is so supportive and is always looking out for each other! I have been here for several years and I love seeing all of the growth and implemented feedback.

Integrity is a small company so it is hard to compete salary-wise with other companies in the industry but I know that Integrity is running the business ethically and responsibly. Integrity also offers a variety of unique benefits that offset the dollar amount!

I could not be more grateful that I came across Integrity Learning Center a few years ago. I’ve truly found my place here and what I am passionate about. I’ve been given so many opportunities to grow within the company through promotions, etc. and am so grateful for everything Integrity has brought to my life. The kids I get to work with everyday truly make my days better and watching them grow is the most amazing thing. Truly the best place to work!

Compensation and benefits could be improved. It has already improved from when I started so I think we are on the right path! Integrity is very open to employee feedback and is constantly working to improve.
