I have consistent work and staffers and supervisors are helpful. I work with an office of people that want to teach and help you learn as an individual. I am well informed of my patient prior to giving care. They have you orient with the patient prior to working with them and explain anything you don't understand before you start and are readily available to help you when you are on duty. They pay weekly and offer direct deposit
Cons
The pay is very low.
