Executive levels had bull crap reasons for the change, caused a mass exit of a whole office. They cut pay for all sales people during a tough time in the economy, while competitors gave raises. Don't work here if you know nothing about freight brokerage, if you're looking for a resume builder go somewhere else. They toss out accounts when former employees leave, so you will need to brown nose the manager for those and hope the accounts don't suck. Too saturated of an industry, very competitive. Crap pay with their structure even if you can manage to pull onto commission.
