      Pros

      Lacey is the best manager I've ever had. Hands down. His team respects him 100%. This company lives up to its name. When they say Integrity, they mean it. Covington office has an amazing view. Beautiful office spaces. Fun culture when not busy. Casual dress

      Cons

      Hours can be spread out (quality night dispatch and managers are always available ). There is one manager at Blue Ash who doesn't align as well. When my manager moved to Covington, Integrity allowed me to follow him immediately. Excellent management

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
