Nearly everyone in management are childhood friends of the owners or buddies of the managers and it shows as their is no accoubtability for managers. The turnover rate is close to 80% but at no fault of the company, it's always the lack of effort of the sales team although it is a 100% sales based business. Any customers that become available because they fire 80% of people they hire go to the golf league crew that are mostly friends of management. They are severely behind in the technology game compares to other top brokerages which puts sales at a disadvantage as they want you to still offer email updates when most companies have an app that has gps for customers to track shipments. Worst of all they still work on a draw so when you "make it" to commission you are paid your salary and in debt to the company until the customers payments come in, so you are 100% setup for failure. Regardless of how much money you make the company you always have a draw looming if you slow down at all. And if they actually pay out of their pockets to their employees they max it out at $5k but typically they just let you go. Think about that, you make a company hundreds of thousands of dollars, they pay you a small percentage of that and if they actually have to pay you for working for them they will get rid of you. Oh and youbare expected to work 24/7 and can never really take vacation because you have to work the whole time. A couple of guys make good money there but they seem pretty miserable most of the time. And they settled to pay employees $750,000 for not paying overtime and threatened to fire people if they accept it.
