      Pros

      Controlled your own book of business. Managed your own accounts. Wasn’t micro-managed. Managers were very supportive and helpful. Culture and team members were awesome. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Difficult to get off of work if you have a busy account. Comes with the job.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
