Pros
I never thought I would find a job this amazing post-grad. Integrity has been a place where I've seen a tremendous amount of growth, all while being supported by a team who's encouraging, helpful, and awesome all around. It's a privilege to work alongside this team, and I'm so happy to be around as it's a very exciting time to be at Integrity - lots of growth, cool clients, and an A-team full of people who only strive to deliver excellence. Not only does everyone care about your work, but they care about your personal life, and taking PTO when you need is never a problem.
Cons
Absolutely none - this company is fantastic, no notes! Although, if you are not self-sufficient, the holacracy model will not be for you. You must self-manage and hold yourself accountable!
