I am truly thankful and grateful to be part of this company. Every day, I’m surrounded by an incredible amount of expertise and knowledge that inspires me to grow both personally and professionally. What stands out the most is the constant support. There is always someone ready to help, collaborate, or celebrate wins alongside me.

With so much expertise around, there’s a lot to absorb, which can feel overwhelming in the beginning. But again, there is constant support available.

Owners and HR are really nice and amiable. Initially welcoming. Paid holidays and birthdays off. Great for picking up skills and new software/application knowledge. Management is willing to help if you need it and make sure you're up to par. Very receptive to at least hearing feedback and respecting what you have to say.

Low pay, environment is iffy. Some coworkers look right at you while talking to each other, whisper about you to their row mates, avoid you or stay to themselves. If you're there to just go in and do your job its fine but after a certain point it wears off, especially with the long hours and the fact you're there 40 hours a week with these people. But mostly its the low pay and no benefits that hurts it the most. Not a place for the long term.
