Owner is not a Good Man work for - Anonymous employee Integrity Auto Finance Employee Review

HR and MGR make a lot of promises on pay and Thunder Tickets they overwork everyone have you do many many tasks will lie and tell you a higher salary to get you to sign on then will slide $7.25 in and not mention it until after you been working a few months they will also break Ok used cars sales laws having salesmen working without a sales lic , selling gap insurance warrantys without anyone in the building being certified to sell it. The Managers are cool but are bullied by the owner who is always ready to find a reason to take bonus money from managers and sales staff he really does a lot of not legal stuff to the people he hires a real scum bag that plays like he is a nice guy but feels he can do as he wants because of his lawyer buddies preaches Integrity but does not show any to they staff he employs the manament is brainwashed by him or afraid he such a sh head we had to freeze at work when it was in the teens and could not turn the heat up I could go on and on look at the other review and you can see this is not a good place to work you will be under paid for your hard work
