Do they Have Integrity ? - General Manager Integrity 1st Automotive Employee Review

I've worked for my fair share of auto shops and I can say genuinely that my time with Integrity 1st so far has been unlike the others. There is light at the end of the tunnel and a lot of opportunity for me. Not every day is roses and sunshine, but I love what I do and I like that I have a team around me who share the same vision and want to grow and improve. It's hard to find that sort of culture in this field.

They do push you to improve, provide coaching and policies that at first feel like a nuisance - in other words, they take you out of your comfort zone/complacency. It can be argued that many shops do this; but for the first time when I did actively improve I was actually rewarded for those improvements and actually moved up in the company!

Nice facilities and great coworkers

After working for them as an employee I received a 1099 for my income despite them withholding income tax from my paychecks.
