Pros

None - all the good things are provided by the shared office management company. Lakeside, North Harbour.

Cons

Everything else basically: Michael Veenswyk (owner/CEO) is quite possibly the most unprofessional and rudest person that I have ever worked with/for. Behaves as if he runs a large stock-broking company from the 80's Nobody respects him, they all think he's a wally with a bit of money - they put up with it so that they can pay the mortgage. Way to go buddy! Foul language, constant rebuking of staff who work very hard, asserts extremely high stress levels and demands on staff, constantly threatens to sack staff for very minor and manageble incompetencies, views the IT support department with contempt as a "waste of resource". Inappropriete comments made regularly, along with excessive use of the F & C words. He constantly lies to staff about the company's financial success. Michael Veenswyk is a control freak and has absolutely no idea about how to run a company, talk to people or command respcet. His illogical, unreasonable and ridiculous demands filter down to the most seperated employees. Insisits on using Lotus notes for email, because it's "secure".... really? is it? Perhaps twenty years ago. It's a terrible, buggy & an unreliable package - the company would do well to move with the times and get a proper exchange solution in place. Honestly, for a technology company, you gotta laugh at their use of Lotus Notes. Hmmm, yes Michael Veenswyk, I'm sure Google, MS, HP & Apple all use "Notes". Most long-serving staff only stay because they lack the confidence to move on, constantly living in anxiety/fear of Michael Veenswyk This man and this company have no credibility among true professionals. I left within three months of joining the company because to stay would be unthinkable. I found a new job in a heartbeat: bigger, better, more profitable and more caring about their staff (that's right, they don't need to crack the whip - yet they are more profitable, fancy that!). Michael Veenswyk should take a leaf out of the books of the big companies out there. Look at how they treat their staff - although he may acknowledge their successes, I very much doubt he has the capability to ditch his twisted management methods. DO NOT work for this company unless you like being constantly abused, stifled, opressed, offended and slave-driven. DO NOT beleive the comments written by "current employees", Michael Veenswyk will be telling people to write them, he'll be telling them what to write, and he'll be telling them how to write it.

There is continual investment in the staff, bespoke products and solutions which ensures that Integritie is a innovative and exciting place to work. Integritie is able to attract market leaders as clients due to the excellent software solutions they can provide along with their ability to understand customer challenges then work with them to deliver world class solutions. Working in this type of environment is often challenging but ensures you are engaged and kept focussed every day.

You need to be at the top of your game to survive at Integritie especially as they can adapt and change to meet market needs so quickly with the continual development they invest in, if you're unable to keep up with the pace it can be a challenging place to work.
