ILC is an organization that exists to help people who are in need, and being a part of that is a rewarding experience. There is exciting career-growth opportunity - I began my career at ILC as a resident assistant and I am now a VP. The staff culture at ILC is oriented around community and collaboration.
Cons
Challenging work - we are setting out to heal people who are struggling with mental health and addiction issues, so the nature of the work is difficult, yet very fulfilling.
