Pros

General business concept. Had the experience to work with some talented and knowledgeable technical personnel in addition to being exposed to small businesses versus large/corporate

Cons

High employee turnover. Attempted to mask Micromanage through other roles. All positions are overworked and underpaid. Trouble with financial stability, client relations, and employee retention due to over committing combined with insufficient planning prior to project acceptance. Management has unrealistic expectations. General business concept could be profitable but poorly executed. Temperament can be rather unhealthy.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. I apologize for your negative experience and am disappointed to hear about it since we are committed to making ITG the best place our employees have ever worked. Listening to employees and staff members is important to me, so to hear that you didn’t feel heard or respected motivates me to work harder to improve. We are also passionate about setting our goals high and working hard to reach them. Sometimes we exceed our goals and sometimes we fall short, but we strongly believe that setting high goals and dreaming big is a characteristic of a successful business. We believe that reaching for highly-set goals is a sign of a healthy business; however, I do understand that not everyone shares that same sentiment. Thank you again for your feedback; we will be continuing to work to improve ITG. Paul Meadows, CEO

Pros

The people who are currently employed here love it here! Our company culture is of extreme importance to us. Our employees are aligned with our core values and are very happy here.

Cons

Sometimes we hire someone who we think is a good core value fit for our company, and then find out that’s not the case. When that happens, we move on from the employee. Core values is of more importance to us than job skills!
