      one of the pros is that they have few members which makes it easy to relate with every worker regardless of hierarchy .. and they are all nice

      well since its a small organization .. there is a lot of work needed to be done by a single individual

      Pros

      One of the managers/supervisors an Australian chap, was friendly and interested in training new staff.

      Cons

      No one spoke to me for the first hour and a half of my first shift and I had no instructions or guidance to do the job. Shouting at new agency staff is common from supervisors and other employees.
