Pros

IFS is a great place to work, they do not micro manage you . We have an event monthly for the employees so that we get together and mingle, Employees help one another when help is needed . Hours are great , pay is great and the benefits are really good . I would recommend working here.

Cons

I haven't yet to find a down side to working here. I Love it !

Pros

This is a workplace family that aims to support and grow with one another. There is a ton of verbal recognition to keep me engaged and evolving tasks, so I am always learning and accomplishing something new. I love working for a company that plays such a huge role in helping our community. I feel successful and sustained by the services we are able to provide. I feel that my customer service and communication skills shine.

Cons

There is not a lot of down time, but you are expected to fulfill it, if a need arises. You are also encouraged to work closely with others and share knowledge to best complete a task. Some not as social may find that challenging.

Cons

*There can be a mindset in some older employees that change is not a good thing, but I have seen that mindset changing over time *It can take some time to earn the respect of more seasoned employees *There can be a disparity in work load between people, even in the same department
