Overworked and underpaid - Residential Installation Technician Integrated Communications Services Employee Review

Really relaxed, easy to get other things done while working, pay is okay

I have been paid late on 2 different occasions. I have been shorted on my paychecks a number of times and when I bring it to the managers attention I get no response. Management gossips about all employees and the schedule is extremely random. Paychecks are also extremely difficult to understand as they are put in different ways every time.
