Pros
Pay cheques, decent co-workers (most places you go), not really many more pros. Just an all around terrible company to work for.
Cons
Where does a person start. Working for integral is draining! Everyday gets harder and harder to get out of bed! You go to work to be told what to do by apprentices that have no idea what there doing. Not only are they not qualified to be in a supervisory position but are not even certified. Very unprofessional, disorganized gong show on a daily basis. The moral sucks! They treat there employees terribly, and then laugh about it behind the workers back. Management plays the intimidation game with everyone. It's all about who's buddy, buddy with this company, and has nothing to do with your knowledge or skills! You have first years who have been in the trade not even a year doing jobs Journeyman should be doing and Journeyman doing jobs first years should be doing. It's completely backwards of how things should be done. Apprentices that work for this company feel entitled because they have been handed it all and had it so easy from the very beginning! I do not recommend working for this company unless you like being told what to do by apprentices!
