Pros
The pros are working from home, for now. After over three years of working from home they won't confirm or deny if it will continue. The benefits are great. I think the benefits are the main reason people don't leave. Some people are nice.
Cons
Leadership is seriously lacking. I think everyone hopes things will get better with a new CEO that's coming but who knows. People don't know how to manage or work with others, they think they are better than other people. It's depressing really when you want to do a good job and have to deal with such ugly attitudes all the time. And there are A LOT of people who go out of their way not to work but there's no accountability, they'll never get dealt with. So if you work here, be prepared to pick up other people's slack all the time. Most of the long term employees have left, guess they got tired of this place over time. Wish I'd never taken the job here.
