Pros

This company has a unique culture that feels like a homecoming. Everyone is friendly and pleasant to work with. They take pride in their work and genuinely want to help you succeed too. The overall atmosphere is casual and energetic, things usually move fast and you are expected to be efficient. Management tends to be laid back and off-hands unless there is an issue. A great place for people who are young at heart and autonomous. Things considered "perks" at other companies are pretty "standard" here - flexible hours, get-togethers, continuing education sponsorship, to name a few.

Cons

The company has been expanding for the last few years, and inevitably experiencing some growing pains. e.g. new strategies and organizational structure changes, office space constraints, etc. If you are looking for an easy job with minimum challenges, or you can't embrace changes or tolerate the disruptive nature of it, then you should steer clear

Pros

I have worked for a few companies, and I would have to say that this company, so far, is the best one. The managers are very educated, professional, and highly respectful to the team members. The coworkers are also very friendly and helpful. If I have any problems during work, I wouldn’t feel hesitant to ask them for help. I also like that the overall working time schedule is flexible. It gives me the chance to balance my time between family and work. Sometimes I do feel stressful, but it’s not too crazy or out of control. I am so happy to work at Intangent Inc.

Cons

I honestly cannot say any negative things about working at Intangent Inc.

Pros

You'll never work with a more dynamic exciting team of professionals. They are a group of honestly engaged, committed good people. They have great integrity, they inspire great work from their team.

Cons

There is no ramp up time, and you perform without any nets. You are expected to be at full performance from day one. If you get hired at this company they expect that you are already an expert at what you do. Expectations are very high, and you'll be working with a team of people who perform at a very high level.
