Very Flexible work from home environment. Empowers Underwriters to do their jobs and proves that with a strong underwriting authority. Very little meetings to get in the way of doing the "real" job. Hires experienced talent and expects that talent to perform independently. Very flat organization that collaboratively works to achieve our goals.
Cons
Smaller company so resources can be limited, which means opportunity to take on projects where you feel will have an impact.
