Great Start! - Underwriter Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions Employee Review

Since my start at the company this summer, I have noticed some great qualities of the management and the culture here. There is clearly a positive office culture, I have already participated in a company outing and in-office celebrations! They make it a point to have their employees feel appreciated! I have also experienced a good work/life balance working M-F only, and usually 9-5. I really like and enjoy working alongside my colleagues- they were all very welcoming! I feel that this is a company where I can grow over the long-term.
