Pros
-Dynamic company - Nice office - Upgrading IT and has vision to use new technologies - Many young people which drives innovation - interesting benefits
Cons
- Too much attitude saying they are the best and they compare there self to Google. They are still using Lotus Notes for example, I don't think they should compare thereselves to Google. You cannot compare insurance to Internet & software. - Found that manager are a little arrogant - Does not take care of employees (managers not very present) - Low salary for new grads, but they have good benefits - Lack of profesionalism (one manager was listening music during an interview) - Some employees have low scholarship background - Departments are disorganized and lacks of communications - Employees are dispatched to different office locations far from each other
