Not a unicorn un fortunately

Great working environment, people are extremely nice and culture is unique, open and great! It gives people opportunity to develop oneself.

For personal development, the manager of some team might be quite junior and non-technical, lacking seniors to guide oneself about personal development, the manager has no ability to give practical suggestion. Most of the time, employee's salary is unbalanced, new joiner has higher salary than old people, and they had no rules to adapt the salary level. Pension only met the lowest swedish standard, no collective agreement.
