Pros
Nice people to work for, they spend a lot of money on leads to keep the phones ringing. It nice of them to feed everyone on Fridays
Cons
Favoritism on leads. The leads are tier level, platinum , gold, silver and bronze. If your not a part of the click you don't get the good leads. The same people always at the top of the board and it's not because their more talented.
