Pros
Work from home and flexibility. Big company with fairly secure work. Company culture, office location and the office itself is nice. Comfortable, not cramped and good coffee machines etc. Onsite parking.
Cons
Pay could be better for frontline roles (competitors may offer more). All the normal issues that come with working at big corporation e.g. politics, but overall better than most.
