Toxic workplace - do not take a role here - Anonymous Insurance Australia Group Employee Review

Incredibly toxic workplace. I have worked for a number of large corporations but have never witnessed poor behaviour on this scale. Everyone stabbing each other in the back and lodging complaints against one another. People speak to you like you’re an idiot and you’re belittled until you start to feel useless and broken. I learned that there was a high turnover within my immediate team - in a small team of 10 people, 24 staff left within a 2.5 year period. Management have let the culture get so bad. I’m not sure it can ever be fixed.
