Communication from the Leadership Admin tram could be better.

Benefits are good, flexibility is okay, work is pretty easy.

This depends on what area you work in…… there are teams who work together well, and others that do not. I’ve heard managers yelling at their staff, I’ve seen a ton of turnover in some places with no responsibility taken by a director or manager.
