      Pros

      They managed to hire some very talented and hard-working people who were a pleasure to work with. Those people deserve better.

      Cons

      In regard to upper management screaming at people, employees throwing each other under the bus, and upper management's salary increasing as a direct correlation to employees being laid off, this place reads more like a bad reality show than a professional place of employment. Any promise of growth within the company is a falsity. The sheer volume and level of HR issues I experienced personally as well as heard about are unparalleled. I was nervous about potential backlash when being honest in my exit interview on my last day, which speaks for itself. However, I know nothing was done with my feedback, which is partially why I felt compelled to share with potential future employees.

      Pros

      Got to steps on everyones toes and learn loads of I.T. for my career, did upset alot of people on the way. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I worked here back in 2016-2019. FYI I have kept up with IBTS over the year and this review is still accurate about management.

      Cons

      Leadership views I.T. as a financial burden and does not understand how I.T. enables the organization. I.T. leadership fails to communicate with IBTS leadership. Everyone suffers due to this reason. During my tenure company was adapting to pay I.T. reasonable salaries instead of severely underpaid salaries. Due to this the drama was much worse between employees than it needed to be.
